Who's Who

The Reverend Sally Marsh

inducted 16th January 2006 at Kirkpatrick-Durham Church

I have been minister in the parish of Corsock & Kirkpatrick Durham ,linked with Crossmichael & Parton since January 2006 and it is my first charge.
Before I entered the full time ministry I spent 25 years in nursing, latterly working as a theatre sister.

During that time I trained as a Reader in the Church of England and then continued my studies with a part time degree through Oxford University. In order to complete my training for the ministry in the Church of Scotland, I spent a year studying at New College Edinburgh.
I have three children in their late teens/early twenties and enjoy music of almost any kind - whether playing the oboe and other instruments, singing or listening . Together with watching Formula One motor racing. I am an avid reader of Sherlock Holmes.
